Ticket Voucher Redemption Instructions
The Arizona Diamondbacks are committed to giving back to the community by supporting thousands of organizations each year through various donation programs. As part of this effort, we proudly provide ticket donations to numerous non-profit organizations for fundraising auctions and raffles.
If you have a 2025 D-backs ticket voucher, click Redeem Tickets below and select the price level your voucher is valid for (e.g., Baseline Reserve). If your voucher applies to multiple price levels, choose your preferred seating option. Once selected, a list of available games will appear.
To secure your tickets:
- Click Get Tickets or Buy to view available sections, rows, and seats.
- Select your preferred seats.
- Enter the discount code from your voucher to apply the ticket deduction.
With this online system, you can hand-pick your seats from the comfort of your home! You can also purchase additional tickets during the process.
Your tickets will be accessible through the MLB Ballpark app, the official mobile platform for Diamondbacks tickets. For help downloading, signing in, or accessing your tickets, visit MLB Ballpark app Support.
Important: Your voucher offer code is only valid for designated price levels and game dates. If your code is not accepted, please review the restrictions on your voucher. Each voucher has a unique ticket allocation.
