Spent the season with Double-A Akron, splitting time as a starter and long reliever for the RubberDucks...In 23 appearances (14 starts) for Akron, the right-hander posted a 6-7 record with a 5.19 ERA (45ER/78.0IP)...Finished the season with a 2-5 record and 5.48 ERA (28ER/46.0IP) as a starter, while recording a 4-2 record with a 4.78 ERA (17ER/32.0IP) as a reliever...Allowed two earned runs over 10.2 innings in his final two starts of the season.
