Where are Brad Hand, Justin Wilson and Pat Neshek going before the Trade Deadline?

The Trade Deadline is a crazy time of year. With rumors flying and players changing teams, it can be hard to keep up with everything. If there's one theme that ties all Trade Deadline seasons together, it's the annual game of reliever musical chairs, in which contending teams try to bolster their bullpens with the best arms made available by teams near the bottom of the standings.
This year's market is especially loaded with dominant relievers -- several of whom are under club control for beyond just this season. The three top-end relievers who seem most certain to be dealt are Phillies funky right-hander Pat Neshek, Padres left-hander Brad Hand and Tigers left-hander Justin Wilson. While the Orioles also possess a few intriguing bullpen arms that could be off-loaded (Zach Britton and Brad Brach), they are less likely to deal those guys while still in contention for the AL Wild Card.
