Opening Day is upon us. Amid the excitement of the big leagues' imminent return, the actual Opening Day games themselves can get overshadowed a bit. But, in actuality, they've given us some pretty important pieces of baseball history: Bob Feller's no-hitter in 1940, for example, or Hank Aaron's record-tying 714th career homer.
Which is why we're here: to offer a friendly reminder that these games can be pretty awesome in their own right (beyond, you know, signaling baseball's triumphant return into our lives).
