Everything you need to know about 2025 Cubs tickets

CHICAGO – Wrigley Field hosted seven walk-off victories last season. A trio of Cubs combined for the first no-hitter at the Friendly Confines since 1972. Justin Steele notched his first career complete game. Michael Busch dropped jaws with a diving catch onto the rolled-up tarp in foul territory.

There were plenty of exciting moments, but the Cubs fell short of reaching the playoffs. The North Siders are hoping this offseason’s moves – highlighted by the blockbuster trade to bring Kyle Tucker into the fold – will bring October baseball back to the corner of Addison and Clark in 2025.

And with the arrival of the holidays, Cubs fans can begin securing their seats for the journey ahead.

The Cubs have a variety of plans currently available for fans looking to become season-ticket holders. There is a full-season plan, a half-season plan and a 20-game plan, with all three offering guaranteed gate giveaways, access to presales for Cubs and Wrigley Field events and postseason ticket access. The full- and half-season plans also include a ticket-exchange program, plus a 15% discount for concessions and retail. The full plan is the only one with all seats eligible and has the lowest per-ticket price.

The Cubs currently have a “holiday pack” available that includes four ticket vouchers (one for the home opener and three for select games). Fans have flexibility to choose which games at a later date.

Single-game tickets for the regular season will become available at a later date (to be announced), but fans can already pick up single-game tickets for Spring Training at Sloan Park in Mesa, Ariz.

There will be 18 games at Sloan this spring, including the March 15 Spring Breakout between Cubs prospects and Angels prospects. The spring home opener will feature the Dodgers on Feb. 21 and the White Sox head to Sloan on Feb. 22. The spring slate concludes with a pair of games against the Braves (March 24-25), who train in Florida but open the regular season in San Diego.

Between the games at Sloan, the Cubs begin the season with an opening series against the Dodgers in Tokyo from March 18-19. After a road trip to play the D-backs and A’s, the Cubs will host the Padres for the home opener at 1:20 p.m. CT on April 4 at Wrigley Field.

Highlights of the regular-season schedule at home include an April 22-23 series against the Dodgers and an April 25-27 clash with the Phillies. The White Sox head to Wrigley Field for a weekend series on May 16-18. The rival Brewers have two trips to play the Cubs on June 17-19 and Aug. 18-21. The Cardinals are in Chicago for the July 4-6 series and then to end the season from Sept. 26-28.

Last season, the Cubs drew 2.91 million fans, marking the team’s highest total since 2019. Chicago’s home average of 35,922 fans ranked sixth in the Majors.

Right now, the Cubs are accepting ticket pack deposits, and fans can begin booking group tickets and premier suite and bleacher rentals.
