It's been five months since the drama of the 2024 World Series ended, but the emotions felt during the Dodgers' win over the Yankees can be felt anew when "Fight for Glory: 2024 World Series" is available to stream right now on Apple TV+.
The three-part documentary, directed by Emmy winner and Oscar nominee R.J. Cutler, offers a behind-the-scenes perspective on some of the most dramatic moments from the Fall Classic, including Freddie Freeman's dramatic walk-off grand slam in Game 1 -- and his spontaneous celebration afterward with his father -- Shohei Ohtani's injury scare in Game 2, the mood in the Yankees' dugout, and more. Fans will also go inside the Dodgers' clubhouse as they celebrate their first World Series title in four years.

The premiere of "Fight for Glory" comes as part of MLB's Opening Week celebration and also coincides with Apple TV+'s first Friday Night Baseball broadcasts of the season, as the Orioles face the Blue Jays and the Mets battle the Astros on Friday night.
Margaret Lyons, a television critic at The New York Times, called the documentary ¡°an ecstatic highlighting of highlights in their most alluring form.¡±
¡°The Yankees fan in me was of course writhing in agony while I watched this,¡± Lyons wrote. ¡°But the sports hedonist in me was dancing a jig.¡±
Executive producers for the documentary include five-time World Series champion and Hall of Famer Derek Jeter and Oscar-winning director Ron Howard.
