New phone, who's this? Torre nearly leaves O'Neill hanging

Prior to the fifth inning of Thursday¡¯s game against the Orioles, a former Yankees player tried to get in touch with his old manager.
Joe Torre, former Yankees skipper, was in attendance at Yankee Stadium in the first row behind home plate. Paul O¡¯Neill, a member of four World Series-winning Yankees teams with Torre at the helm and a current broadcaster for the YES Network, was in the broadcast booth when he decided to call Torre.
Except Torre didn¡¯t answer. O¡¯Neill proceeded to try to FaceTime Torre without success. Much to O¡¯Neill¡¯s satisfaction, the third time was successful as the former player and manager were able to get in touch.
This was all caught in action during a commercial break, which the YES broadcast booth fully dove into with commentary and video as the fifth inning began.
The reaction of both O¡¯Neill and Torre when they were ultimately able to connect on the phone says it all.
