A number of Top 100 prospects proved worthy of their rankings at the plate and on the mound, while one ended a game with a memorable moment ... and a bat flip. Andrew Painter took another positive step forward on his path back from Tommy John surgery while an unranked Dodger hurler continued to strike out batters at a prodigious rate at Single-A. All that and more from another busy day around the Minors:
Roman Anthony, OF, Worcester (BOS No. 1/MLB No. 2)
Anthony lit the fuse for the Triple-A WooSox offense, hammering his fifth homer of the year and scoring three runs from his customary leadoff spot. The 20-year-old added a single for his eighth multihit game, seven coming in the last 11 contests. Anthony, who also walked for the 20th time in 99 plate appearances, is slashing .308/.444/.590 with 11 extra-base hits in 22 games. Gameday

Dalton Rushing, C/OF, Oklahoma City (LAD No. 2/MLB No. 28)
It took Rushing 47 at-bats to connect on his second homer of the season, but just eight more to slug his third. The Louisville product went deep for the second time in three games and fell a triple shy of the cycle during his second four-hit contest of 2025. Rushing, who hit a career-high 26 homers last season, is off to a .311/.405/.508 start through 17 games for Triple-A Oklahoma City. Gameday

Sebastian Walcott, SS, Frisco (TEX No. 1/MLB No. 16)
Despite being one of the youngest players at Double-A, Walcott continues to be a steady offensive force. The 19-year-old clubbed his second long ball of the year, singled and stole a base for the third time in four games. Walcott, who reached safely in three of his four plate appearances after also being hit by a pitch, has been on base in 16 of 17 games and is batting .266 with an .845 OPS, eight extra-base hits and 12 RBIs for Double-A Frisco. Bryce Rainer, SS, Lakeland (DET No. 4/MLB No. 49)
Rainer was off to a 3-for-21 start with no extra-base hits and two RBIs after getting hit in the helmet in his first professional plate appearance, which led to a week-long absence. But the 19-year-old found his swing in Single-A Lakeland's matchup with Bradenton, connecting on his first pro homer and adding a double and a walk while scoring twice. Gameday

Noah Schultz, LHP, Birmingham (CWS No. 1/MLB No. 15)
A day after fellow Top 100 prospect and teammate Hagen Smith (CWS No. 3/MLB No. 31) tossed five scoreless innings, Schultz did the same for Double-A Birmingham. The 21-year-old worked around three hits and three walks while striking out five during his 78-pitch outing. It was the second time in three starts Schultz did not yield a run, and he'll carry a 3.57 ERA into his next appearance. Gameday

Andrew Painter, RHP, Clearwater (PHI No. 1/MLB No. 7)
Painter spun his second consecutive scoreless outing as he continues to make his way back from Tommy John surgery. The 22-year-old needed just 43 pitches (32 strikes) while fanning three to complete three shutout innings during his third start for Single-A Clearwater. Painter worked around leadoff doubles in the first two frames and set down the final six batters he faced. Gameday

Michael Arroyo, 2B/SS, Everett (SEA No. 7/MLB No. 94)
Arroyo saved his best for last, ripping a walk-off homer in the ninth and celebrating with an epic bat flip. The 20-year-old has been one of High-A Eugene's better hitters of late, batting .286 after a 2-for-21 start to the season. Arroyo went nine games between homers, but he's hit safely in six of his last eight games to raise his OPS to .808. Full story | Gameday

Sean Linan, RHP, Rancho Cucamonga (LAD unranked)
Linan is quickly transforming himself into one of the Minors' premier strikeout pitchers. The 20-year-old equaled a career high with 11 strikeouts in five scoreless frames, including five of the last six batters he faced. A native of Columbia, Linan has an 0.87 ERA, an 0.58 WHIP and 40 punchouts in 20 2/3 innings, an average of 17.4 per nine. Gameday
