Athletics Hire CAA ICON as Owner¡¯s Representative for Ballpark in Las Vegas
OAKLAND, Calif. ¡ª The Athletics have hired CAA ICON as owner¡¯s representative for the Club¡¯s proposed Las Vegas ballpark. CAA ICON will assist in the overall project management and serve as a key resource in the oversight of the architect, construction manager, subcontractors, and other specialty consultants.
CAA ICON served in the same role for the Raiders¡¯ Allegiant Stadium, Golden Knights¡¯ T-Mobile Arena, the WNBA Aces¡¯ practice facility, and the Raiders¡¯ Headquarters. Beyond their extensive presence in Las Vegas, they have overseen planning, design, and construction for some of the most successful sports venues in the world, including the Golden State Warriors¡¯ Chase Center, the LA Clippers¡¯ Intuit Dome, the restoration of the Cubs¡¯ Wrigley Field, Austin FC¡¯s Q2 Stadium, and more.
