Houston Astros Set To Host The San Diego Padres, April 18-20 And The Toronto Blue Jays, April 21-23

HOUSTON, TX – The Astros return to Daikin Park for a six-game homestand, three games against the San Diego Padres, April 18-20 and three against the Toronto Blue Jays, April 21-23.

Friday, April 18 – Astros vs. San Diego Padres: 7:10 p.m. CT

Game one of the series against the Padres at 7:10 p.m. will be televised on Space City Home Network with the English radio broadcast on KBME 790 AM and the local Spanish broadcast on TUDN 93.3 FM.

10,000 fans will receive a Hunter Brown Replica White Jersey, presented by Woodforest National Bank.

Pregame Happy Hour, presented by Budweiser, will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Michelob Ultra Bar, where fans can enjoy $5 Ultra Drafts, a live DJ and amazing views.

Friday Night Fireworks presented by ConocoPhillips are set for postgame, featuring the musical theme Girls Night Out. Fireworks are subject to weather. In the event a show must be cancelled due to weather, refunds will not be granted.

The Astros will honor Jackie Robinson Day and his legacy on Friday, the first home game following Jackie Robinson Day on April 15. The Astros will host a private Breaking Barriers Forum pregame on Friday, at 5:30 p.m. with Astros players, coaches, alums and executives sharing their experience in breaking barriers and the importance of Jackie Robinson’s nine values to success (Courage, Determination, Teamwork, Persistence, Integrity, Citizenship, Justice, Commitment and Excellence) with 50 high school Astros Youth Academy players. In addition, all 340 Astros Youth Academy Nike Jr. RBI Baseball/Softball League players will be invited to attend the game on Friday.

Jeremy Pe?a will host students from Smith Elementary School of Aldine ISD on Friday for his first Pe?a’s Pals of 2025. In its third year, Pena’s Pals is a program developed by Jeremy in partnership with the Astros Foundation. The program celebrates kids and their development in academics, character building and making healthy choices. During the 2025 season, Jeremy will choose a school/organization and pick five Pe?a Pals students each month based on character, grades and growth. Those five students will be treated to an Astros game courtesy of Pe?a, will attend batting practice, receive special Pe?a’s Pals shirts and more.

The Astros will celebrate the Houston Rockets appearance in the 2025 NBA postseason, with legendary Rocket Gerald Green throwing out a ceremonial first pitch.

Hassler Elementary School will perform the National Anthem.

In a pregame ceremony, the Astros will welcome back 2022 World Series champion catcher Martín Maldonado and 2024 outfielder Jason Heyward.

Saturday, April 19 – Astros vs. San Diego Padres: 6:10 p.m.

Game two of the series with the Padres is set for 6:10 p.m. CT on Saturday. The game will be broadcast on Space City Home Network and on Fox Sports 1. On radio, the English broadcast will be on KBME 790 AM and the local Spanish broadcast on TUDN 93.3 FM.

Girls’ Night Out, presented by Kendra Scott is set for Saturday. Sunday, April 20 – Astros vs. San Diego Padres: 6:10 p.m. CT

The series finale between the Astros and Padres is set for 6:10 p.m. CT on Sunday. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball. On radio, the English broadcast will be on KBME 790 AM and the local Spanish broadcast on TUDN 93.3 FM. The game will also be available nationally on ESPN Radio.

10,000 fans will receive Jose Altuve Socks presented by Houston Methodist.

In celebration of Easter, a special Easter-themed fireworks show presented by ConocoPhillips will take place after the game.

KD Smith will perform the National Anthem on Sunday.

Monday, April 21 – Astros vs. Toronto Blue Jays: 7:10 p.m. CT

Game one of the series with the Blue Jays is set for 7:10 p.m. CT on Monday. The game will be broadcast on Space City Home Network. On radio, the English broadcast will be on KBME 790 AM and the local Spanish broadcast on TUDN 93.3 FM.

It is also City Connect Monday, and the team will wear their new specialty City Connect 2.0 uniforms. The Astros will be celebrating the fans during every Monday home game, with one-of-a-kind prizes to be given out to select fans at random each game. The prizes include season tickets, two round-trip United flights, Turtleboxes and SeatGeek seat upgrades.

Jenny Lee Stern will perform the United States National Anthem and the Canadian National Anthem on Monday.

Every Tuesday night at Daikin Park is Dollar Dog Night, presented by Texas Chili Company. Fans are treated to all-you-can-eat hot dogs that are just $1 each Tuesday home game during the season.

Prior to the game, Astros closer Josh Hader will hold his first Hader’s Heart event of 2025, as he hosts foster kids from B.E.A.R. (Be A Resource) at the game.
