Ichi Wings, Lil* Dumpers, Ice Cream Nachos, Slushie Wall and Tridents Up cup highlight new T-Mobile Park menu offerings for 2025 season
SEATTLE, Wash. 每 Ahead of Opening Day on Thursday, March 27, the Seattle Mariners and longtime hospitality partner Sodexo Live!, today announced T-Mobile Park*s new food and beverage lineup for the 2025 season, curated by Mariners Vice President of Fan Experience Malcolm Rogel and new Executive Chef Craig McAlister.
With approachable new highlights across the ballpark, including an expansion of the popular Value Menu, fans can look forward to an array of exciting eats. New local and regional partners joining the ballpark's lineup include Great State Burger, Sumo Dog and Nakagawa Sushi, in addition to returning fan-favorites like Moto Pizza, Ivar*s, Kidd Valley and more.
※We are very excited to once again provide fans at T-Mobile Park with what we believe is the best ballpark menu in baseball,§ said Rogel. ※With player-inspired dishes, a great lineup of local partners and a larger value program than ever before, there is something for everyone at the ballpark this summer.§
Expanding on last year*s popular player-inspired dishes, fans can enjoy an ode to some of their favorite Mariners 每 both past and present 每 through this year*s exciting new offerings:
Ichiro Suzuki:
- In honor of the Mariners legend and his recent National Baseball Hall of Fame election, the Walk-Off Market (sect. 105) will offer Ichi Wings using the very recipe created specifically for Ichiro in the clubhouse kitchen, featuring a delicious teriyaki and sesame glaze.
- At Nakagawa (sect. 132), fans can dig into the IchiRoll made of salmon, crab salad, avocado, cucumber, green onion, fried onion, sriracha, rice and seaweed.
Cal Raleigh:
- Playing off his ※Big Dumper§ nickname, the Walk-Off Market (sect. 105, 141) will serve tasty Lil* Dumpers this season 每 hot and fresh steamed pork soup dumplings with sesame and hoisin sauce.
F谷lix Hern芍ndez
- Hearty turkey legs will make their way back to gameday in honor of ※King Felix§ Hern芍ndez. During his reign on the field, turkey legs were delivered to lucky fans in the King*s Court section. Now, anyone can feel like royalty with their own King*s Court Turkey Leg from the new King*s Court stand (sect. 144).
New offerings in 2025 also include a handful of eye-catching options that fans won*t want to miss:
- Souvenir Tridents Up Cup 每 Designed specifically for Mariners fans at T-Mobile Park, the Tridents Up Cup can be used with all the ballpark*s beverage offerings, holding up to 32oz at a time.
- What Up Corn Dog 每 A Mariners blue, honey-battered corn dog with a spicy crunch served with nacho cheese.
- Ice Cream Nachos 每 Soft serve ice cream with thick, crunchy waffle chips, sprinkles and caramel sauce.

This season, Executive Chef Craig McAlister is stepping up to bat when it comes to curating the hospitality program at T-Mobile Park. He comes to Seattle with more than two decades of experience, and a deep background in stadium and event hospitality. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, he has worked all across North America and has a strong passion for immersing himself into the local and regional influences that help to inspire his menus.
2025 Hospitality Highlights & New Offerings at T-Mobile Park
Nakagawa Sushi (section 132)
In addition to the IchiRoll, Bothell-based Nakagawa will also offer classic Vegetable and California Rolls, as well as the Seattle Roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber, fish roe, sesame, rice, seaweed), Shiso Hama Roll (yellow tail, shiso, avocado, cucumber, sesame, rice, seaweed) and the Mariner Combo (four pieces California roll, four pieces Seattle roll, two pieces Shiso Hama roll, and two pieces vegetable roll).
Sumo Dog (section 190)
Sumo Dog explores the combinations of the American classic hot dog with a heavy nod to the Japanese Izakaya. Offerings for their inaugural year at the ballpark include unique twists with The Godzilla (footlong all-beef Hempler*s hot dog, beef chili, togarashi cheese sauce, wasabi relish, pickled peppers, spicy mayo, teriyaki sauce, furikake, minced onion, jalape?o, nori) and the classic Sumo Dog (wasabi relish, pickled peppers, spicy mayo, teriyaki sauce, furikake, minced onion and nori on an all-beef hot dog), as well as Miso Mustard Coleslaw, Mochi, Lemongrass Lemonade, and more.
Great State Burger (T-Mobile &Pen, sect. 218)
With everything grown, farmed, raised and made in Washington, Great State Burger supports area farms through its fresh menu offerings that feature beef from cows that are 100% pasture raised and grass-fed. With something for everyone, the menu is stacked with Cheeseburgers, Chicken Strip Combos, Chicken Veggie Burgers and their hearty Great State Burger (beef patty with American cheese, organic lettuce, pickles and state sauce).
Slushietown (T-Mobile &Pen)
Cool off during those warm summer games in the &Pen with the new alcoholic slushie wall at Slushietown! The refreshing 20 oz beverages include Frozen Mangonado, Frozen Basil Lemonade, Frozen Pi?a Colada and Mariners Lemonade. Plus, the slushies will now be included in the pre-game Happy Hour at The &Pen in addition to the popular draft beer options from previous years.
The Walk-Off Market
In addition to Ichi Wings and Lil* Dumpers, Chef Craig*s can*t-miss creations hitting the Walk-Off Markets this season include:
- Turn Two Teriyaki Chicken Bowl (sect. 105, 141): With a special teriyaki recipe in collaboration with world-renowned chef Kenji Lopez-Alt, Walk-Off-Markets will include teriyaki glazed chicken thighs on white rice with pickled daikon and carrot.
- Ballpark Bahn Mi (sect. 105, 126, 141): Pork p?t谷, sriracha chicken, cucumber, cilantro, jalape?o, pickled carrot and daikon on a French roll.
- Holy Smokes Brisket Sandwich (sect. 126; also at Holy Smokes BBQ, sect. 133): House smoked brisket with sweet pickles and onion on a potato hoagie roll with fresh kettle chips.
- Hickory Smoked Pork Sliders (sect. 126; also at Holy Smokes BBQ, sect. 133): Smoked and sauced pulled pork on soft pull-apart rolls with sweet pickles, onions and served with fresh kettle chips.
- Giant Bavarian Pretzel (sect. 105, 141): Authentic and giant Bavarian pretzel, with or without a side of cheese.
Tamari Bar (section 133)
A newcomer to the ballpark last year, this Seattle hot spot will continue to offer its popular Area 206 Curry (ground wagyu and house blend spice infused Japanese Curry and house made ra-yu) with Shrimp Katsu Sticks (tender prawns coated in Panko breadcrumbs and cooked until golden brown) as a new add-on option to the dish this season.
Salt & Straw (sect. 152)
Salt and Straw will bring a rotation of their handmade ice cream flavors throughout the season, starting off with their popular Birthday Cakes & Blackberries made of sweet hunks of rainbow-sprinkled crumble in double-vanilla ice cream, all wrapped up with a ribbon of Oregon berry jam〞made with the plump, delicious evergreen blackberries the PNW is famous for.
Marination (T-Mobile &Pen, sect. 119)
Marination returns with Li-Hing Gummy Bears (gummy bears dusted in a plum coating), Furikake Pretzels (classic crunch pretzels seasoned with furikake, a Japanese style spice blend creating a sweet, savory and umami flavor), plus more.
Ballard Pizza (T-Mobile &Pen, sect. 131, 241)
This year fans can enjoy pizza from celebrated local Chef Ethan Stowell*s Ballard Pizza on rotation! From March 27 through April 2 the Spicy Italian (sausage, red onion, fennel, chili flake) will be featured, with the Troll Pizza (Italian sausage, soppressata, red onion, red bell peppers) coming April 7 through April 13. Swing by their stands throughout the season to see what other flavors will be available.
??? (Chick Chick Boom) (sect. 106)
The emoji-themed concept serving fan-favorites like chicken sandwiches and tender baskets, has been renovated this season to feature Amazon*s Just Walk Out technology, which will provide even faster service times.
Mariners Value Offerings
T-Mobile Park*s popular Value program is the biggest its ever been with 26 items across the value food and value beer menus. Four new food items include Pocky Stix, Jalape?o Popcorn, Little Bites Mini Muffins and Tostitos-n-Guac Snack Pack, while the value beer menu features the first ever Value Craft Draft, plus expanded non-alcoholic beer options.

Hatback Bar & Grille and Steelheads Alley (Pre and Postgame)
Located just down the street from T-Mobile Park, fans can enjoy the side-by-side combo of Hatback Bar & Grille and Steeheads Alley as the premier pre and postgame destination for Mariners games. New in 2025, Hatback and Steelheads will together offer the Postgame Power Hour at Boxyard after every game. For the first hour after the final out, both establishments will offer 50% off all pizzas and $5 draft beers.
Additional Beverages
Coca-Cola products return as the ※Official Fan Refreshment§ of the Seattle Mariners with a re-imagined Coca Cola Fan Deck, which will offer a brand-new Coca Cola Orange Cream beverage.
Corona will continue this season as the &Official Cerveza* of the Seattle Mariners, carrying products across the Corona, Modelo and Pacifico family, including two offerings on the Mariners Value Beer Menu 每 Corona NA and Modelo Michelada.
Miller Lite will continue this season as the &Official Domestic Beer* of the Seattle Mariners, including offerings on the Mariners Value Beer Menu 每 Miller High Life.
