Twins option one, reassign two

FORT MYERS, FL – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have optioned catcher Jair Camargo to Triple-A St. Paul and have reassigned right-handed pitchers Darren McCaughan and Huascar Ynoa to minor league camp.

The Twins now have 37 active players in camp (6 non-roster): 17 pitchers (2 non-roster), three catchers (1 non-roster), eight infielders (2 non-roster), five outfielders (0 non-roster) and four utility players (1 non-roster).
