Alex Rodriguez is the most dapper real estate investment adviser on planet Earth
In his retirement, Alex Rodriguez has worn many hats -- television star, broadcast analyst, business magnate, arcade aficionado. As A-Rod Corp expands, so too do the responsibilities of its CEO. Which is why Rodriguez tweeted out the following photo on Friday, looking stately and entrepreneurial at a CNBC desk as he prepares to dole out some no-doubt indispensable real estate investment advice:

The column A-Rod links to is a recap of his talk at the National Multifamily Housing Conference in Orlando, Fla. last month, and features such nuggets as "it all boils down to a simple formula: buy, fix, and sell" and "where capital exceeds supply, look at the sub-markets for better long-term value." We're not sure what that means, but it sounds spectacular.
