It's spring! The calendar has flipped to April, the baseball season has been in full swing for four full days and the Yankees were set to host their home opener at 1:10 p.m. ET on Monday.
Only problem -- This is what the field looks like:

While a wintery baseball wonderland sounds pleasant, it's not all that conducive to baseball, though it does look pretty cool. Just look at how John Wetteland (a fitting name) closed out a snowy Yankees opener in 1996:
Fortunately for those who hate sitting outside in cold, raw weather, the game has been postponed until Tuesday at 4 p.m.
