The Rays' mascot Raymond and Adrian Gonzalez staged a pregame boxing bout
Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez is a big boxing fan, incorporating it into his offseason training routines and, apparently, engaging in pregame bouts with mascots.
That's what he did ahead of L.A.'s game with the Rays at Tropicana Field on Wednesday, taking on the Rays' mascot Raymond with oversized yellow gloves.
As you can see, Gonzo demonstrated the kind of form of a man well-versed in the ring … which he is, as documented on Twitter during the offseason:
