From the clubhouse, the Twins watched the Angels lose -- and clinched an AL Wild Card spot

The Twins entered play Wednesday with a magic number of just one -- either a victory of their own or a loss by the Angels would net Minnesota the second American League Wild Card spot.
The Twins weren't able to punch their ticket to October themselves, as they lost to the Indians, 4-2, at Progressive Field. Meanwhile, over at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago, the Angels were caught up in a close game with the White Sox. This presented Minnesota with an opportunity for team bonding in the form of waiting around in the clubhouse and hoping for a Chicago win.
The moment Nicky Delmonico's walk-off two-run homer cleared the fence in Chicago's 6-4 win in 10 innings, the Twins had a date with the Yankees in the Wild Card Game next week. That led to this scene:
