A college baseball team has a new teammate ˇ and it's an adorable dog
Many Major Leaguers will find themselves with new teammates on Opening Day, but will any of them be as exciting as the UNC Chapel Hill baseball team's new buddy? Look, we know Chris Sale and Adam Eaton are cool, but they're no Remington.
Who is Remington, you might ask, and why does he only go by one name, like Prince or Cher? Well, this is Remington:
He's 2-year-old golden retriever, and he is definitely cool enough to pull off the one-name thing. Terri Jo Rucinski, the head athletic trainer and coordinator of the team's physical therapy clinic, had the idea to bring in Remington to help players rehab from injuries. Of course, now he's completely part of the team. Rucinski even taught him to fist bump:
