The Astros agreed to a Minor League deal with an invite to big league camp with veteran infielder Luis Guillorme on Thursday.
The 30-year-old Guillorme provides Houston with another left-handed-hitting option and depth across the infield. He's logged time at second base, third base and shortstop throughout his seven-year big league career.
Guillorme spent his first six seasons with the Mets from 2018-23 before splitting time between the Braves, Angels and D-backs last season. He is a career .251 hitter with five home runs and a .658 OPS.
