WASHINGTON -- Pat Neshek?just rejoined the Phillies¡¯ bullpen on Sunday, but he could be headed back to the 10-day injured list.

He left Wednesday night¡¯s 2-0 loss to the Nationals at Nationals Park in the eighth inning after he strained his left hamstring while throwing a pitch.

¡°It¡¯s a joke,¡± a frustrated Neshek said.

Neshek was on the IL from May 25 through Saturday because of a strained right shoulder. He is 0-1 with a 5.00 ERA in 20 appearances this season.

¡°It's a likely IL [stint],¡± Phillies manager Gabe Kapler said. ¡°I'm not 1,000 percent sure, but it's likely an IL.¡±
