Three days before the reigning NL East champs return for the home opener, officials from the Phillies and Aramark Sports + Entertainment, as well as team partners, unveiled all the exciting new enhancements surrounding the fan experience at Citizens Bank Park. The 2025 season also marks the 40th year of the partnership between the Phillies and Aramark.
¡°This is about giving the best fans in baseball the best ballpark experience,¡± said Michael Harris, Phillies Vice President, Marketing & Government Affairs. ¡°There is nothing like the atmosphere at Citizens Bank Park, and we are excited to amp up that energy level even more with the newest additions to our off-the-field lineup.¡±
The team has made several enhancements when it comes to state-of-the-art technology, immersing fans even more in the gameday experience. This includes new outdoor LED rings that span over 3,100 feet in length and wrap around the suite level of the ballpark, bringing instant, real-time access to ball-strike counts, scoring decisions, stats and much more. A fan favorite is sure to be the Xfinity Home Run Takeover, featuring an all-new Xfinity logo in right-center field and a custom light show synced to every Phillies home run. Fans will also experience the ballpark¡¯s newly enhanced audio system, which will rock the house with its powerful low-frequency audio.
The season also features a new lineup of promotions and special events, along with enhancements to the award-winning ballpark menu, with new chef creations and a selection of offerings by new partners that include 2008 World Series champion Ryan Howard, former NFL star and podcast host Jason Kelce, and actor and producer Rob McElhenney, who is also co-owner of Wrexham AFC, among others.
There is also plenty of new fan gear available exclusively at the New Era Phillies Team Store including Opening Day merchandise, Phanatic swag and a high-end Phillies Fairway Golf Collection with product from Peter Millar, Travis Mathew, Johnnie-O and more. Custom bats by local renowned artist Bruce ¡°The Bat King¡± Tatem have also been added to the lineup.
More exciting news for fans: the ballpark will open earlier for all to enjoy the new amenities and more, with gate openings here. Other features include the rebranded Cadillac Hall of Fame Club and Phillies Party Tent in the King Swings Courtyard, photo opportunities at a ¡°Connecting Communities¡± mural in partnership with SEI, and an online auction benefitting Phillies Charities with signed player memorabilia. OPENING WEEK PROMOTIONS TO CELEBRATE THE RETURN OF THE PHILLIES
- On March 31, the Phillies will make their first appearance at home against the Colorado Rockies for the sold-out Opening Day presented by Nemours Children¡¯s Health, with a 2024 NL East Champions Pennant for all fans. Highlights include a Budweiser Block Party at the Third Base Plaza, an exciting player parade into the ballpark, and the national anthem sung by Kane Kalas.
- Festivities continue with McDonald¡¯s Opening Night on Wednesday, April 2, with a free T-shirt for fans 15 and over.
- Other highlights include a weekend series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, featuring Cavity Busters Kids Opening Day on Saturday, April 5, with a Knit Hat for children 14 and under. On Sunday, April 6, all fans will receive a 2025 Schedule Magnet presented by Ace Hardware Home Services.

NEW ENHANCEMENTS IN TECHNOLOGY
- New Suite Fascia LED Ring Displays and Special Lighting Effects: This past offseason featured the installation of two new Daktronics RTX outdoor full-color displays above and below the suite level, spanning over 3,100 square feet in length on the upper level and 3,700 square feet on the lower level. These displays will feature real-time statistical information, interactive game prompts, out-of-town scores and sponsor graphics, working in concert with special ballpark lighting effects during key moments in Phillies games.
- The Xfinity Home Run Takeover: Every Phillies home run will trigger a custom light show that will illuminate the ballpark ¨C foul pole to foul pole. At the center of it all is a new, supersized Xfinity logo in right-center field that pulses with color during each celebration. Located next to the Phillies¡¯ iconic Home Run Bell, this new feature adds an unforgettable spark to every big moment.
- Upgrades were also made to the ballpark¡¯s sound system, thanks to the addition of 28 subwoofers to the Terrace and Pavilion Decks, enhancing both music and voice messaging and improving the audio experience for all fans.
- Field level signage will also have a new look with the addition of Daktronics DVX 4.4 mm video displays that produce full-color video, animations and scoring/timing data. Audio and video enhancements were made to the Kona Big Wave Bar at Pass and Stow as well as CP Rankin Club, which now features over 54 linear feet of Daktronics 1.9 mm LED technology integrated into a circular halo, also providing real-time updates, game data, statistics and sports telecasts.

- Cadillac Hall of Fame Club: The Philadelphia Area Cadillac Dealers, recently named the ¡°Official Luxury Auto Partner of the Phillies,¡± are bringing their iconic brand to Citizens Bank Park. The newly rebranded Cadillac Hall of Fame Club, a premium ballpark space that combines upscale amenities with fantastic sightlines, will include a photo wall opportunity featuring a retro and modern version of the Phanatic ¨C a play on one of Cadillac¡¯s taglines, ¡°Iconic Then, Iconic Now.¡±
- New ¡°City of Brotherly Love¡± Mural: For the second consecutive year, the Phillies and SEI teamed up to commission a mural by a local artist for display above Ashburn Alley on the CP Rankin Rooftop in an effort to showcase creativity and new ideas, with the theme of ¡°Connecting Communities.¡± This year¡¯s winner, ¡°City of Brotherly Love,¡± designed by local artist Lindsay Archer, depicts unique, iconic buildings in Philadelphia, and features growing vines with blooming flowers, representing the beauty and connection between the city¡¯s communities.
- The New and Improved Party Tent at the King Swings Courtyard: Completely renovated for 2025, the Party Tent is one of our unique pregame hospitality areas for group entertainment. - Earlier Access for Ballpark Fun: Fans can now get to the ballpark earlier for games! The Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate will now open early each game (Monday-Friday: 2 hours prior to game time; Saturday-Sunday: 2? hours prior to game time), giving fans access to the main concourse from Pass and Stow and the New Era Phillies Team Store, through the outfield, to The Yard. All other gates will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
