MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN ¨C The Minnesota Twins, in conjunction with foodservice and retail partner Delaware North, today announced a variety of new specialty items ¨C again including many with a connection to the Twin Cities ¨C throughout Target Field for the 2025 season. The club also unveiled its new market-style open concessions layout at sections 105 and 109, introduced Surfside as a new food and beverage naming rights partner, and launched registration for Winnebago Industries¡¯ ¡°Hit It To Win It¡± sweepstakes.
The entire Target Field food and beverage collection, along with other ballpark enhancements, will make their collective debut at the Twins¡¯ 2025 Home Opener this Thursday, April 3 vs. the Houston Astros. Gates will open at 1:00 p.m. CT on Thursday ahead of a 3:10 p.m. CT first pitch; tickets are available for purchase now at twins.com/tickets.

The Twins¡¯ popular Family Value Stands, located in Sections 120, 133 and 311, will be returning for the 2025 season and will again feature a menu of iconic ballpark staples, with all food items priced under $5. Additionally, Legends Landing (Sections S, T, U and V) offers fans an all-you-can-eat ballpark fare experience included in the ticket price.

- Grilled SPAM? Sandwich: Seared SPAM patty, caramelized onions and bacon on a toasted onion bun.
- Chopped Southwest Burger: Chopped beef patty, chorizo, jalape?o aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperjack cheese and queso fresco on a hoagie roll.
- Vinai: Chef Yia Vang is bringing a taste from his newest Northeast Minneapolis Hmong restaurant to Target Field, with a Sweet & Sour Fried Pork featuring crispy fried pork tossed in sweet and sour sauce, served on a fresh cabbage slaw with fresh cucumbers and pickled carrots.
- Keeper's Heart Spiced Honeycrisp: Keeper's Heart Rye whiskey with sweet and sour mix, hot honey Monin syrup and apple Monin syrup, topped with soda.
- Keeper¡¯s Heart Vanilla Creamed Whiskey: Keeper's Heart Rye whiskey with vanilla creme Monin syrup and soda will bring you back in time to an old-fashioned soda fountain shop.

- Surfside: Located on Target Field¡¯s 200 level, adjacent to the leftfield foul pole inside Gate 6 and open to any fan with a game ticket, Surfside will feature the Stateside Brands¡¯ signature Surfside vodka cocktails in an open-air bar with a great view of the game.
- New Market-Style Concessions at Sections 105 and 109: One of the most highly-trafficked concession areas of Target Field has been modernized, replacing the traditional ¡°belly-up¡± food stands model with new open-air, self-serve market concepts totaling 4,400 square feet of renovated spaces. The new layouts increase point-of-sale from 29 to 41 and allows for a free-flowing shopping experience, providing fans with a quicker, more efficient and more convenient way to get their favorite food and beverages. Twins fans will enjoy access to a variety of hot foods and ballpark favorites, grab-and-go snack options, ice cream, a soda fountain and grab-and-go beer coolers.
- MyVenue Point of Sale Technology: Target Field¡¯s point-of-sale technology at all concessions and premium seating locations has been upgraded to the state-of-the-art, world-class MyVenue system, which is utilized at renowned venues such as Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis and Sphere in Las Vegas. - MLB Go-Ahead Entry: MLB Go-Ahead Entry is an optional, facial authentication-based ticket validation system developed by Major League Baseball as part of a continual effort to improve the fan experience of attending games. Fans with tickets to a Twins home game can register for the program via the MLB Ballpark app and then walk directly into Target Field by themselves or with their group, without stopping to scan tickets; by using Go-Ahead Entry, combined with the Twins¡¯ previous implementation of the Evolv Express? screening solution, Twins fans can now enjoy the ultimate hands-free, free-flow entry experience. Fans who choose to use Go-Ahead Entry at Target Field may do so through a designated lane each at Gates 3, 6, 29 and 34.
