Here are the Top 100 prospects on Spring Breakout rosters
Everybody is going to Spring Breakout this year. Well, almost everyone.
The second annual Spring Breakout showcase -- which begins Thursday, March 13, and runs through Sunday, March 16 -- will include 16 games, 72 of MLB Pipeline¡¯s Top 100 prospects and nearly two-thirds (62 percent) of the 900 players on the organizational Top 30 lists.
All 16 contests will be streamed live and blackout-free on MLB¡¯s digital platforms (MLB.com, MLB.TV and the MLB app) and partner platforms. Eight games will air live on MLB Network, with the other eight being shown on tape-delay basis. The action begins with a showdown of American League East elite systems: Red Sox at Rays at 7:05 p.m. ET on March 13 from Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte, Fla. The Dodgers host the Cubs in another heavyweight matchup later that night from Camelback Ranch in Phoenix, Ariz.
