Team to watch
Both A-ball affiliates, Clearwater and Jersey Shore, have seven Top 30 prospects each, but let¡¯s give the BlueClaws the edge because they have five of the top 10 guys on their roster, starting with Top 100 right-hander Mick Abel and including dynamic center fielder Johan Rojas.

New faces
William Bergolla was No. 4 on MLB Pipeline¡¯s Top 50 international prospects list and the Phillies signed him right at the start of the period, on January 15 of this year, for $2.05 million. Bergolla¡¯s dad played pro ball, including reaching the big leagues with the Reds, and the younger Bergolla will start following in his father¡¯s footsteps in the Dominican Summer League.
On the shelf
Outfielder/first baseman Jordan Viars, the team¡¯s third-round pick in last year¡¯s Draft, has a ton of raw power and the ability to play multiple positions. He¡¯s coming back from a sprained ankle and is building back up in extended spring training, but should be back getting at-bats in a few weeks.
