Enjoyed one of the better seasons of any reliever in 2013, going 4-2 with a 1.71 ERA (58 IP, 11 ER) in 39 appearances over two stints with the Rays...his 1.71 ERA led all Major League rookie relievers...Began the season with Triple-A Durham and was recalled May 15 to take the place of injured David Price on the roster...optioned to Durham after pitching in two games and recalled again for good on June 1...Over his first 21 big league outings (through Aug 4), allowed only one run in 34.1 IP...after that pitched to a 3.80 ERA (10 ER, 23.2 IP) over his last 18 appearances...Began his season with 20 consecutive scoreless innings, a streak that extended to 25.0 IP counting his final outing of 2011 (did not appear in 2012)...this was the second-longest scoreless streak in club history behind J.P.
