Completed his 1st season in the Red Sox organization. Spent most of the season with Triple-A Pawtucket, posting a 4.50 ERA (39 ER/78.0 IP) in 16 appearances, all starts. Pitched in 18 games (3 starts) over 4 stints with the ML club...Had a 7.94 ERA (10 ER/11.1 IP) as a starter and a 3.99 ERA (13 ER/29.1 IP) in relief. Allowed 7 ER in 4.0 IP on 5/29 vs. CLE, but posted a 3.93 ERA in his other 17 ML games (16 ER/36.2 IP). For BOS, struck out 29 batters and walked only 8 for a SO/BB ratio of 3.63 and a BB/9.0 IP rate of 1.77.
2019 season timeline:
Attended spring training as a non-roster invitee and began the season with Pawtucket. Selected to the ML roster on 5/6...In his first 4 outings with BOS (1 start), was 1-0 with a 1.29 ERA and a .208 opponent AVG (14.0 IP, 11 H, 2 ER, 1 BB , 11 SO). Made his Red Sox debut on 5/6 at BAL and threw 4.0 scoreless innings of relief (3 H, 0 BB , 4 SO). Prior to Weber, the last pitchers to make their Sox debuts with 4.0+ scoreless innings and 0 BB were Nathan Eovaldi (7/29/18 vs. MIN) and Rich Gale (6/10/84 vs. MIL). Made his 1st start for BOS on 5/23 at TOR, allowing 1 run in 6.0 IP in an 8-2 victory (3 H, 0 BB, 4 SO)...Marked his 1st win in the majors since 4/19/16 for ATL vs. LAD. Optioned to Pawtucket on 6/7. Over a span of 6 Triple-A starts from 6/23-7/31, posted a 1.64 ERA and a .203 opponent AVG (33.0 IP, 24 H, 6 ER). Made two relief appearances for the Rays in his lone season in the organization...Also pitched in 25 games (18 starts) with Triple-A Durham. Made 18 starts and earned a career-high 9 wins...Of his 9 relief outings between the clubs, 4 lasted 4.0+ IP. His 2.73 ERA with the Bulls ranked 2nd among Rays minor leaguers and 4th in the International League. Made 8 quality starts and 1 relief appearance of 6.0 scoreless innings...Had 4 scoreless outings of 6.0+ IP. In his 7 relief outings with Durham, went 3-0 with a 1.19 ERA (3 ER/22.2 IP) and .167 opponent AVG. Began the season with the Bulls but did not pitch before being called up to TB on 4/9. Made his Rays debut on 4/10 at CWS, becoming just the 3rd person born in St. Petersburg to play for the Rays (also Doug Waechter, 2003-06; Casey Kotchman, 2011). Designated for assignment on 4/13 and sent outright to Durham on 4/15. In 6 games from 6/1-29, went 5-1 with a 1.59 ERA (6 ER/34.0 IP)...Earned wins in each of his last 3 outings before his contract was selected again on 7/4. Signed with BOS as a minor league free agent on 12/20.

Began his only season in the Mariners organization with Triple-A Tacoma…started the season on a scoreless streak of 15.2 IP…named Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Week for May 8-14…led the league with a 0.85 ERA (31.2-IP, 3-ER) and 0.76 WHIP and ranked 3rd with a .180 opp avg. at the time of his May 13 selection to the active roster…started for the Mariners that day at TOR but was replaced after 3.2 IP with right shoulder tightness…placed on the 15-day DL the next day and transferred to the 60-day DL on June 2…returned from a rehab assignment, reinstated from the disabled list and outrighted to Tacoma on Sep 11… his only rehab app was a start of 1 IP for the AZL Mariners in the Arizona League Quarterfinals.

Was 1-1 with a 5.45 ERA (22 ER, 36.1 IP) in 16 games (2 starts) with Atlanta, striking out 23…in 26 games, including 5 starts, with AAA Gwinnett last season, Weber was 2-3 with a 2.76 ERA (19 ER, 62.0 IP) with 41 strikeouts and 14 walks.

Selected to the active roster on 9/8 after splitting the minor league season between Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett. Made five starts for the Braves, going 0-3 with a 4.76 ERA (15 ER/28.1 IP)…Made his MLB debut in a start on 9/8 at PHI, taking the 5-0 loss despite tossing 6.0 innings and allowing four hits, two runs, earned and one walk, while striking out two. Prior to Weber, only two Atlanta pitchers lost a MLB debut despite going at least 6.0 innings and allowing two-or-fewer runs: Horacio Ramirez on 4/2/03 vs. MON (7.0 IP/2 R) and Rick Matula on 4/8/79 at HOU (7.0 IP/2 R)…Became the fourth member of the Braves starting rotation to make his Major League debut (RHP Williams Perez, RHP Matt Wisler, LHP Manny Banuelos) and the fifth to make his first career start (RHP Mike Foltynewicz). Became the 10th starting pitcher used by the Braves in 2015…Set a career-high total with 7.0 innings and allowed just one run and two hits, but received a no decision vs. PHI on 9/19. The Braves trailed 1-0 when he made his exit, but Freddie Freeman plated two runs with an eighth-inning double and Atlanta earned a 2-1 win…Became just the fourth Braves starter since the franchise moved to Atlanta in 1966 to go at least 6.0 innings in each of his first three MLB games.
