Made CHI¡¯s Opening Day roster...In his first 14 games with CHI through 5/30, posted a 1.45 ERA (3 ER, 18.2 IP) with 27 strikeouts and held opponents to a .115/.286/.230 slash line...Was on the IL twice: 6/15-7/18 (right triceps strain) and 7/29-8/31 (right middle finger blister); both IL stints included rehab assignments to Iowa (AAA)...Designated for assignment, 9/19...Outrighted to Iowa on 9/21 and finished the season there.
