Signed to a minor league contract with the Los Angeles Angels on Dec. 15, 2022. Appeared in three games with the Angels, hitting .125 (1-for-8) with one double. Played 92 games with Triple-A Salt Lake, slashing .261/.384/.450 with 24 doubles, 13 RBI and 50 RBI. Sent on a rehab assignment to Rookie-level AZL Angels, hitting .214 (3-for-14) in four games. Recorded a .906 fielding percentage in a combined 44 games (42 starts) at third base, committing 11 errors over 117 total chances in 348.1 innings. Had his best month in August, slashing .333/.452/.607 in 22 games with Triple-A Salt Lake with eight doubles, five home runs and 15 RBI … notched a two-homer game on May 4 with Triple-A Salt Lake, finishing the day 3-for-3 with three runs, a double, two home runs, three T+RBI, a walk and a stolen base.

Began year with Triple-A Tacoma and appeared in 15 games before being traded by Seattle to San Francisco, Apr. 26 for cash considerations and assigned to Triple-A Sacramento... After joining River Cats, hit safely in his first four games, batting .412 (7/17) with four home runs, including a three homer game, May 1 at Albuquerque...Two days later, was recalled by Giants and made SF debut May 3 at Los Angeles (N.L.)...Was optioned back to Sacramento on May 5 after two games with Giants... Totaled four games for Giants across two big league stints and 22 games for Sacramento across three stints... Designated for assignment by Giants, June 8 and was claimed back by Seattle June 11, returning to Tacoma...
