2022

Jordan Groshans enters the 2023 season as Miami’s No. 11 prospect according to MLBPipeline after hitting safely in 12 of 17 games played with the Marlins in 2022...Was acquired by Miami from Toronto on Aug. 2 in exchange for RHP Anthony Bass, RHP Zach Pop and a PTBNL. At the time of the trade, was ranked as Toronto’s No. 4 prospect by MLBPipeline...Made his Major League debut Sept. 13 vs. Philadelphia, going 0-for-3. Went 3-for-3 in his second start on Sept. vs. Philadelphia...Hit safely in 12 of 17 games played...All 17 starts came at 3B. Made one error in 53 chances (.981 fielding pct.)...Hit first career home run Sept. 15 vs. Philadelphia...In 103 games across Single-A Dunedin, Triple-A Buffalo and Triple-A Jacksonville, hit a combined .263/.359/.331 with 35 walks and 46 strikeouts...Invited to Major League camp for the second time in his pro career.

2021

Appeared in nine Spring Training games, going 1-for-11 (.091) with an RBI and four strikeouts...Spent the year with Double-A New Hampshire...Batted .291 across 75 contests with 23 doubles, seven home runs, 40 RBI and 34 walks (.817 OPS)...His 23 doubles were 3rd most among Double-A shortstops.

2020

Invited to Summer Camp at Rogers Centre in July... Spent the regular season at the club’s alternate training site in Rochester, NY.

2019

Spent his entire 2019 campaign with Class-A Lansing where he hit .337 with a .909 OPS...Was limited to 23 contests due to a left foot injury which shut him down in May for the remainder of the season.

2018

Played his first season of pro ball in 2018, splitting time between the GCL (37G) and Rookie-level Bluefield (11G)…Combined to hit .296 with 13 doubles and five home runs over 48 games.
