2023

Received an invite to Major League Spring Training and made two appearances (3.0 IP, 3H, 2ER, HR, BB, 4K)...Was sidelined with a left biceps issue for two months...Made 11 starts for Double-A New Hampshire and struck out 58 batters over 32.0 frames...Made his Triple-A debut with a four inning start on Sep. 22 vs. Norfolk, allowing one unearned run on two hits to go with two walks and six strikeouts...Named Arizona Fall League Pitcher of the Year after posting a 2.50 ERA (5 ER/18.0 IP), a .190 AVG, and a 1.11 WHIP over four starts for the AFL Champion Surprise Saguaros (12H, HR, 2HB, 8BB, 23K)...Also took AFL Pitcher of the Week for Oct. 2-7...Tossed five innings of one-run baseball in his 1st AFL start while racking up seven strikeouts and allowing just three hits...Named an MiLB.com Organizational All-Star at the end of the season.

2022

Split his first professional season between Single-A Dunedin, High-A Vancouver, and Double-A New Hampshire...Combined to make 18 starts, pitching to a 5-4 record and a 2.17 ERA (19 ER/78.2 IP) with 117 strikeouts and 29 walks... His 0.86 WHIP led all Minor League pitchers with at least 75.0 innings pitched... His 13.39 SO/9 was the second best among Blue Jays farmhands (Dahian Santos - 14.86) and the 13th-best among all Minor League hurlers (min. 75.0 IP)... Allowed just six hits to left-handed batters all season (five singles, one double), holding lefties to a .128 batting average... Appeared in the 2022 MLB Futures Game in Los Angeles, throwing a clean 1-2-3 fifth inning on just nine pitches (six strikes).
