Made his Major League debut on 9/15 and retired all three Cincinnati batters he faced...Was scored upon for the only time on 9/21; gave up three hits and was charged with two runs without retiring a Cubs batter at PNC Park...Retired all three Chicago batters he faced on 9/24...Made final appearance in last game of the season on 9/27 at Cleveland and retired all three batters he faced.

Went 5-2 with four saves, a 2.28 ERA (59.1ip/15er), 55 strikeouts and a .211 batting average against in 41 relief appearances between Single-A Bradenton, Double-A Altoona and Triple-A Indianapolis...Also surrendered just two home runs between the three teams...Recorded a 1.69 ERA (53.1ip/10er) in 38 combined appearances between Bradenton and Altoona before being promoted to Indianapolis on 8/22...Was scored upon once in seven games with the Marauders before being promoted to Altoona on 5/4...Did not allow a run in his first seven appearances (12.1ip) with the Curve from 5/4-25...Recorded first Double-A win on 6/5 at Erie while being charged with his first earned run with the Curve (a solo homer)...Was placed on the temporary inactive list for bereavement on 6/26; was reinstated on 7/1...Tossed 13.0 straight scoreless innings over 10 outings from 6/14 to 7/15...Recorded first Double-A save on 8/9 vs. Reading...Was scored upon in just seven of his 31 outings with Altoona before being promoted to Indianapolis on 8/22...Went 1-1 with a 1.18 ERA (8.0ip/1er) in eight relief appearances for the Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League.
