In his seventh and final season in Pittsburgh¡¯s organization, he spent the majority of the campaign with Triple-A Indianapolis while also appearing in two games for the Pirates...Appeared in 44 games (35 starts) in left field for IND and 38 games (30 starts) in right field, slashing .261/.333/.414 with 16 doubles, nine HR, 57 RBI and 48 runs scored for the Indians...Hit safely in 41 of 64 games for IND at a .276 clip (62-for-225) from March 31-June 18 before being recalled by the Pirates on June 20¡went a combined 0-for-4 with one BB and one SO in his only two games played for the Pirates in ¡¯24 on June 20 & 21...On April 25 vs. Columbus, posted a career-high-tying five hits (2x, also: Aug. 24 vs. Richmond for Double-A Altoona)¡it was the start of him hitting safely in 22 of 30 games played from April 25-May 31 at a .330 clip (34-for-103), with six of his nine HR on the campaign coming during the stretch...Optioned back to IND on June 23 and hit .250 (8-for-32) before being placed on the 7-day IL on July 4, and remained on the IL until Aug. 29¡appeared in four rehab games for Single-A Bradenton from Aug 22-27 (.167; 2-for-12)...Designated for assignment on Sept. 1 before clearing outright waivers back to IND on Sept. 5¡appeared in four September games for the Indians, going 3-for-15 (.200) at the dish and finishing the season on the 7-day IL.
