2019

Spent three stints on the Tampa Bay roster before a right forearm flexor tendon strain in mid-June ended his season...Following the trade, he rehabbed injury in Goodyear, AZ...Over his three stints with Tampa Bay he made 13 starts at third base and one at second... Optioned out of spring training on March 9 and recalled for the first time on April 1, opening his season with the Rays...Last game played came on June 12 vs. Oakland...Homered in consecutive games, June 1-2, at Minnesota...At Triple-A Durham he went 5-for-5 with 3 doubles, a grand slam and 7 RBI on May 28 vs. Louisville...Overall, recorded a .984 OPS at AAA and had six multi-hit games over his final 10 games played with the Bulls.

2018

Appeared in 20 games and made 16 starts (8-2B, 7-3B, 1-DH) with the Rays…was with the club from May 16-July 15, which included a stint on the 10-day DL, June 17-July 15, for a left oblique strain...Made his Rays debut at 22 years, 352 days, becoming the youngest positional player at the time of his Rays debut since Wil Myers (22.190) on June 18, 2013 and the youngest infielder since Reid Brignac (22.170) on July 4, 2008…was later surpassed by Willy Adames and Jakes Bauers...From May 17-18, became the first player to begin his Rays career with consecutive multi-hit games since Drew Sutton (3) in 2012…became the second player in club history age 22 or younger to begin his Rays career with consecutive multi- hit games, following Delmon Young (3) in 2006...On May 17 at LAA, his 5th-inning single off Tyler Skaggs marked his first hit as a Ray...On June 8 vs. SEA, his 5th-inning solo homer off Marco Gonzales was his first with the Rays and fourth of his career…became the sixth player born in Tampa to homer for the Rays, joining Fred McGriff (92), Matt Joyce (74), Tino Martinez (22), Ozzie Timmons (4) and Kevin Cash (2)…at 23 years, 9 days old, was the youngest Ray to homer as a second baseman since B.J. Made his major league debut for the Giants on April 24 vs. LAD at 21 years, 239 days…was the first Giant to start in his debut before his 22nd birthday since Madison Bumgarner in 2009 and the first position player since Royce Clayton in 1991…he became the youngest player to start at third base for the Giants since Matt Williams in 1987... Became the first player drafted out of high school in the 2013 June Draft class to debut, one day before LAD Cody Bellinger... Appeared in 34 games and made 32 starts (21- 3B, 9-SS, 2-2B) for the Giants…recorded his first career hit on April 25 vs. LAD, a single off threetime Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw... On April 26 vs. LAD, connected for his first career home run, a 2-run shot off Sergio Romo... Also homered on April 28 vs. SD and on May 5 at CIN…the latter came off 40-year-old Bronson Arroyo, who-though unrelated-attended the same high school and graduated one month after Christian was born... Selected to the major league roster after batting .439/.471/.682 (29-for-66) through 17 games with Triple-A Sacramento.... Optioned back to Sacramento on June 4…on June 14, sustained a left wrist contusion when he was hit on the hand by a pitch and landed on the disabled list the next day…on July 1, in his first game after returning, was hit again and his broken left hand ended his season…underwent surgery on July 10... Re-aggravated his hand injury taking a ground ball off his glove hand for the Leones del Escogido in the Dominican Winter League… underwent surgery to insert a pin into his left hand on Nov 3…he is expected to recover in time for Opening Day... 2016
