Edubray Eduar Ramos…played baseball and volleyball at Liceo Diego Ibarra Privado…enjoys softball and listening to music in his free time…signed a free agent contract with the Venezuelan Summer League Cardinals on May 13, 2010…later signed a minor league free agent contract with Philadelphia on Nov. 21, 2012.

2019

Made his third consecutive Opening Day roster and totaled 20 appearances with Philadelphia, where he tallied a 1-0 record and a 5.40 ERA across 15.0 innings with 11 strikeouts...Limited to 14 appearances across three levels of the Phillies system, logging the majority of his innings with Triple-A Lehigh Valley, where he went 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA (2 ER/10.0 IP) and eight strikeouts against four walks...Secured five of his six saves and did not allow an earned run in all six road appearances across 5.0 innings of work with Lehigh Valley...Owned a 1.93 ERA (2 ER/9.1 IP) in 11 road games with the Phillies, compared to his 11.12 ERA (7 ER/5.2 IP) mark in nine appearances at Citizen's Bank…saw two stints with Philadelphia in the midst of a pair of placements on the injured list…made a rehab assignment on May 13 with Advanced-A Clearwater before an option to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on June 23…recalled to Philadelphia on July 14 before serving a stint on the IL with right-shoulder impingement…later transferred to the 60-day IL on Aug. 15 and concluded the season making rehab appearances with Clearwater and Double-A Reading…elected free agency on Nov. 4.

2018

Made his second consecutive and second career Opening Day roster...Posted a 0.64 ERA (2 ER, 28.1 IP) over his first 32 appearances of the season... Recorded his first career save on 5/13 vs NYM...Did not allow an ER in 15 appearances (13.1 IP) from 5/13-6/20...Had three stints on the DL: 6/25-7/5 with a right shoulder impingement; 7/22-31 with a left patella tendon strain, including a rehab assignment to Reading (AA); and 8/23 (retro to 8/22)-8/31 with a right index finger blister...Optioned to Lehigh Valley (AAA) on 8/1 and recalled on 8/17... Allowed only 13 hits in 68 AB (.191 AVG) with runners on base, including just one extra-base hit...When pitching in the 8th inning or later, allowed 1 ER in 19.2 IP (0.46 ERA).

2017

Made his 1st career Opening Day roster... Averaged 11.71 SO/9.0 IP (75 SO, 57.2 IP), the 7th-highest mark ever by a Phillies reliever... Posted a 5.52 ERA (19 ER, 31.0 IP) over 35 appearances before being optioned to Lehigh Valley (AAA) on 6/26... Recalled on 8/2 for the remainder of the season after posting a 1.54 ERA (2 ER, 11.2 IP) in 10 appearances with Lehigh Valley... Earned the win, 8/6 at COL, his first since 7/16/16 vs NYM; had made 67 appearances between victories... Set career highs in both innings (3.0) and SO (5), 8/22 vs MIA (gm 2)... Had a career-best 11.2-inning scoreless streak, 8/22-9/16 (9 G)... Had a 0.93 ERA (2 ER, 19.1 IP) over his final 16 appearances, 15 of which were scoreless.

2016

Began the season with Reading (AA)...Struck out 15 with only 1 BB over his first 11 appearances of the season...Was promoted to Lehigh Valley (AAA) on 5/6...Named Phillies Minor League Pitcher of the Month for May (12 G, 0.52 ERA, 1 ER, 17.1 IP, 1 BB, 11 H, 16 SO)...Had a 17.2-inning scoreless streak, 5/2-6/5...Went 2-1, 10 SV, 1.16 ERA (5 ER, 38.2 IP), 0.72 WHIP (4 BB, 24 H) in 26 games between both levels...Was recalled on 6/24 and made his ML debut that night at SF (0.1 IP)...At the time of his recall, was leading all Phillies minor leaguers in ERA, WHIP and SO/BB ratio (10.25)...Stranded 82.3% of the ML runners he inherited (14 of 17)...Was T-8th among all ML relievers in appearances (42) after making his ML debut, 6/24-end of season...Struck out 25.0% (40 SO, 160 BF) of the batters he faced with the Phillies...Collected his first ML win, 7/16 vs NYM
