Attended John H. Guyer (TX) High School and was ranked as the No. 35 player in the state of Texas by Perfect Game in 2011 following his senior year at Guyer...Attended the University of Oklahoma before transferring to Grayson County Junior College (TX)…Played a year in the Alaskan Summer League in 2012 for Anchorage.

2020

Rhame (pronounced: RAME/rhymes with game) was claimed off waivers by LAA from NYM on July 8 and spent the remainder of 2020 at the Angels' alternate training site...did not appear on LAA's active roster during the season.

2019

Underwent right ulnar nerve transposition surgery on August 13 at the Hospital for Special Surgery... Received a two-game suspension from MLB on April 25 after hitting Philadelphia's Rhys Hoskins with a pitch on April 24...It was reduced to one game and he served it on July 18 at San Francisco... Held left-handers hitless (0-9)…Issued nine walks in 6.1 innings... Suffered the loss on July 19 at San Francisco...Allowed an unearned run in 1.2 innings in 1-0 loss in 10 innings... Was 3-2 with a 5.49 ERA (12 earned runs/19.2 innings) in 20 games with Syracuse (AAA)…Struck out 25 and issued six walks.

2018

Recalled for the 10th time during the year from Las Vegas (AAA) of the Pacific Coast League on August 31...Stranded 10 of 12 inherited runners...Retired 24 of 30 first batters faced...Collected his first major league save in his 12th career major league game on April 8 at Washington...Became the fifth Mets rookie to earn a save in one of the team's first 10 games of a season...The four others are: Bob Apodaca (1974), Rick Baldwin (1975), Mardie Cornejo (1978) and Orber Moreno (2004)... Courtesy of Elias...Closed the year with a career-high 7.2 scoreless innings from September 4-29 (seven games)...Allowed 11 of his 21 earned runs over a seven-game stretch from July 31-September 4 (9.2 innings)...Had a 1.42 ERA (two earned runs/12.2 innings) at home...Went 1-2 with 11 saves and a 3.06 ERA (11 earned runs/32.1 innings) with Las Vegas...Was tied for 10th in the PCL in saves. 

2017

Was acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers on August 20 as the player-to-be-named-later to complete the August 19 trade that sent outfielder Curtis Granderson to the Dodgers...Recalled from Las Vegas (AAA) of the Pacific Coast League on September 1...Made his major league debut on September 2 at Houston in the first game of a doubleheader and tossed 1.1 scoreless innings...Earned his first major league win on September 30 at Philadelphia with 2.0 scoreless frames in a 7-4, 11-inning victory...Righthanders were 7-20 (.350) and lefthanders went 5-16 (.313)...Was 0-2 with two saves, a 4.31 ERA (23 earned runs/48.0 innings) and 55 strikeouts in 41 games in relief for Oklahoma City (AAA) of the Pacific Coast League...He allowed 52 hits and issued 10 walks...Was 0-1 with a 1.50 ERA (one earned run/6.0 innings) with no walks and 11 strikeouts in four games with Las Vegas.

2016

Spent the entire season with Triple-A Oklahoma City where he led the team with 54 appearances and seven saves, while posting a 1-7 record with a 3.29 ERA (23 ER/63.0 IP)...Struck out 70 batters against 28 walks in 63.0 innings, while holding hitters to a .231 average...Added to the 40-man roster on Nov. 18.

2015

Split the season with Rancho Cucamonga (A) of the California League and Tulsa (AA) of the Texas League...Combined to go 3-3 with a 2.68 ERA (17 earned runs/57.0 innings pitched) and earned three saves in 44 appearances...Struck out 70 batters in a combined 57.0 innings...Posted a 0.98 WHIP and held hitters to a .181 batting average.

2014

Spent the entire season with Great Lakes (A) of the Midwest League...Struck out 90 batters and walked 14...Held opposing hitters to a .198 average with a 0.92 WHIP.

2013

Spent his first professional season with Ogden (R) of the Pioneer League...Went 1-2 and collected eight saves with a 4.58 ERA (10 earned runs/19.2 innings pitched) in 20 appearances.
