Opened the season with Triple A Nashville...made 45 appearances with the Sounds posting a 4-2 record with one save alongside a 2.44 ERA...contract was purchased by Milwaukee on August 14...tossed 1.1 innings and recorded the victory in his first appearance this season on August 14 vs Cincinnati...earned his first win since April 28, 2002 vs Milwaukee while pitching with the Mets out of the bullpen...posted a 1-1 record with a 2.70 ERA in 15 games with the Brewers...lefthanders hit .158 while righties hit .171 against him...In 19.0 innings in July with Nashville, he allowed only two earned runs for a 0.95 ERA...Struck out 10 batters over the course of 3.2 innings (two outings) from July 2 - 6 while with the Sounds...Allowed only five hits in 11.2 June innings.

Opened the season with the Camden Riversharks of the Independent Atlantic League for the second straight season...Made five scoreless appearances as Camden's closer, recording a league-best two wins and three saves...Held hitters to a .143 batting average, allowing two hits while striking out seven...Had his contract purchased by the Cleveland Indians on May 17...Spent the remainder of the campaign with Triple A Buffalo during his second go-around in the Indians organization...Went 3-2 with a 6.15 ERA in 32 relief appearances for the Bisons, finishing 11 games...Also logged one relief appearance (3.0 IP/1 ER) for Double A Akron on July 20 vs. Trenton...Allowed only two home runs in 48.1 innings...Closed the campaign with his best month, going 2-0 with a 3.31 ERA in nine August appearances...Established season highs with four strikeouts over 3.0 innings pitched in picking up a victory on August 17 at Pawtucket.
