Started the season with Advanced-A Great Lakes and was promoted to Double-A Tulsa on August 16...With Advanced-A Great Lakes, posted a 5-3 record with a 3.86 ERA (37 ER/86/1 IP) and 127 strikeouts against 39 walks in 21 starts...limited hitters to a .192 average...with Double-A Tulsa, recorded a 1-1 mark in six starts with a 4.15 ERA (14 ER/30.1 IP) and 42 strikeouts¡walked 16 batters and kept hitters to a .140 average...set career-highs in multiple categories in his short career: wins (six), games started (27), innings pitched (116.2), and strikeouts (169)...earned Midwest League Pitcher of the Week for Aug. 14, 2022, with Advanced-A Great Lakes, after pitching 6.2 solid innings of one-run ball, striking out nine...fired a career-high 10 strikeouts on June 28 vs. Dayton with Advanced-A Great Lakes, taking away the win after five innings of one-run ball.

Entered his first professional season after being drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers on July 23 in the First Year Player Draft out of UCLA...pitched in a combined seven games with Rookie-level Dodgers and Single-A Rancho Cucamonga, recording a 1.93 ERA (3 ER/14.0 IP) with 32 strikeouts and just seven issued walks¡started all seven contests but did not factor in any decisions...struck out a season-high nine batters on Sept. 17 vs. Visalia over 3.2 innings, allowing just one earned run on two hits¡did not issue a walk in his longest outing of the season.
