Went 7-4 with a 4.77 ERA (32 ER in 60.1 IP) and 70 strikeouts in 51 games with Triple-A Louisville...Earned the save in his Major League Debut on June 12 @ Royals...Became the only Reds pitcher since 1969, when the save became an official statistic, to record a save in his Major League debut...Was one of five pitchers in the Majors to record a save in their Major League debut, joining Rays Braden Bristo (April 13 vs. Red Sox), Twins Brent Headrick (April 19 @ Red Sox), Giants Keaton Winn (June 13 vs. Cardinals and Rays Jacob Lopez (Aug. 14 vs. Giants)...Designated for assignment on July 6 and was outrighted to Louisville...Elected free agency on Nov. 6.

In 52 relief appearances at Class AA Chattanooga and Class AAA Louisville went 5-5, 3.65 with 10 saves in 13 chances...Among Reds minor league pitching leaders ranked second in appearances (52) and fourth in saves (10)...For the Bats on 9/3 vs Indianapolis recorded 4 strikeouts in 2.0 innings pitched, both season highs...From 8/27-9/20 made 11 consecutive scoreless appearances (12ip) and held opposing International League batters to a .179 average... Was added to the 40-man roster at the 11/15 restricted list deadline, along with IF Elly De La Cruz, IF Noelvi Marte, RHP Lyon Richardson, RHP Levi Stoudt and RHP Brandon Williamson.
