Robert Mitchell Segedin…he and his wife, Robin, have one son, Robinson Marley, and one daughter, Roselily Meadow…played baseball for three seasons at Tulane (2007-08, '10)…played high school baseball at Northern Valley in New Jersey, graduating Magna Cum Laude…selected by the Yankees in the third round of the 2010 First-Year Player Draft.

2017

Appeared in just 13 games with Los Angeles in an injury-laden season, hitting .200 (4-for-20) with two doubles and one RBI ... Placed on the 10-day disabled list with a right great toe strain on April 19 and was transferred to the 60-day DL on June 2…reinstated on Aug. 15 from the 60-day DL ... Combined to play in 27 games with Rookie-level AZL Dodgers and Triple-A Oklahoma City, hitting .320 with seven doubles, four home runs and 16 RBI along with a .862 OPS ... Prior to the beginning of the season, was a member of Team Italy in the World Baseball Classic, appearing in all four games with the club and hitting .231 (3-for-13) with three runs, one double, one home run and two RBI.

2016

Finished the season in the Majors after making his MLB debut on Aug. 7, batting .233 with two doubles, a triple, two homers and 12 RBI in 40 games with Los Angeles ...Appeared in six games (five starts) at third base, seven games (three starts) at left field, nine games (three starts) at first base and seven games (six starts) at right field this season with Los Angeles...Made his Major League debut on Aug. 7 against the Red Sox, making the start at left field and recording his first big league hit with a two-run double in the fourth inning off of David Price…finished the game going 2-for-3 with four RBI, which is the most runs driven in ever by a Dodger in their MLB debut since Packy Rogers, who drove in three runs on July 12, 1938 against the Giants in his debut ...Blasted his first big league homer on August 22 at Cincinnati, with a solo shot off of Josh Smith...With Triple-A Oklahoma City, posted a .319/.392/.598 slashline with 23 doubles, nine triples, 21 homers and 69 RBI in 103 games...selected as Pacific Coast League mid- and post-season All-Star, after leading the PCL in slugging percentage and OPS (.989), while ranking among the league leaders in triples (T-5th), home runs (T-9th) and on-base percentage (4th)…also honored as MiLB.com Dodgers Organizational All-Star...Acquired by the Dodgers from the Yankees on Jan. 12 in exchange for INF Ronald Torreyes and LHP Tyler Olson.

Split the season between Double-A Trenton and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, batting .287 with seven home runs and 34 RBI in 71 games ... In the field, combined to appear in 40 games at first base, 20 games at third base and one game in left field.

Hit .256 with 23 doubles, a triple, nine homers and 60 RBI in 113 combined games with Double-A Trenton and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre ... Spent majority of the season with Trenton, appearing in 92 games and posting a .283/.398/.428 slashline with 21 doubles, eight homers and 49 RBI…ranked second in the Eastern League in on-base percentage.

2013

Appeared in 18 games with Double-A Trenton, hitting .338 (24-for 71) with 10 doubles, three homers and 17 RBI along with a .390 on-base percentage and .606 slugging percentage before being placed on season-ending DL due to a torn labrum in his hip.

2012

Split the season with Trenton and Single-A Tampa, where he was selected as a mid-season Florida State League All-Star...combined to hit .257 with 27 doubles, a triple, 10 homers and 54 RBI in 121 games.

2011

Appeared in a combined 113 games with Single-A Charleston and Single-A Tampa, hitting .287 with 19 doubles, four triples, seven home runs and 55 RBI.

2010

In his first professional season, he hit .244 with six doubles, a triple, two homers and 10 RBI in 22 combined games with Rookie-level GCL Yankees and Single-A Staten Island.
