2007

Made two stints with Toronto...Began the season with Syracuse (AAA)...Overall, in 47 games with the Chiefs, batted .262 with eight home runs & drove in 14...Had his contract purchased by the Blue Jays on Apr. 25 when C Gregg Zaun went down with a thumb injury...In his 1st stint with the Jays, appeared in 16 games while batting .178 (8-45) with one home run & four RBI...Hit his 1st HR of the season on May 4 at TEX...Was designated for assignment on June 13 & outrighted back to Syracuse on June 15...Had his contract purchased for the 2nd time by Toronto on Sept. 4...Did not appear in a game after his 2nd recall... Threw out three of 14 attempted base stealers (21.4%).

2005

The journeyman found a home in 2005 with Baltimore, socking a career-high 11 home runs in 64 games. Fasano became the primary catcher when Javy Lopez missed two months with a broken hand and was lauded for his good work with the pitching staff.
