2021

Played all season with Triple-A St. Paul in the Twins organization, slashing .296/.340/.418 with a .758 OPS in 101 games…totaled 12 doubles, 12 home runs and 50 home runs, striking out 58 times against 26 walks...Defensively spent time at numerous positions: catcher (36 G, 34 GS), first base (44 GS0, second base (2 GS) and third base (1 G)…committed just five errors over 101 games.

2020

Was a non-roster invite to Twins spring training for second straight season, appearing in 11 games, going 3-for-18 (.167) with a double, a walk and two RBI...Spent season in Twins Player Pool at alternate training site in St. Paul, MN...Was on Twins Taxi Squad several times throughout the season and remained with the club as a bullpen catcher during several homestands.

2019

Was an invite to Twins spring training, seventh career spring training and first with Minnesota; reassigned to minor league camp March 18 and spent season with Triple-A Rochester...Set career-high with six RBI August 22 vs. Buffalo, going 4-for-4 with two doubles and two walks...Hit .336 (76-for-226) as a left-handed batter and .313 (25-for-80) as a right-handed batter...Hit .361 (73-for-202) with a .909 OPS in final 53 games from June 1 through end of the season; hit .346 (18-for-52) in 14 June games, .324 (24-for-74) in 19 July games and .408 (31-for-76) in 20 August games...Caught 78 games (all starts) for the Red Wings, leading the club...Finished with eight home runs, the second most of career (11 with Single-A Hickory in 2011)...Led club in batting average (.330), third in hits (101), fourth in doubles (21) and total bases (150) and fifth in RBI (46).

Opened season in Texas organization with Triple-A Round Rock, where he batted .353 (41x116) over his first 27 games, with 17 runs scored, five doubles, three home runs, and 12 RBI...In 70 games with Express overall, hit .291 (82x282), with 15 doubles, a triple, five home runs, and 25 RBI...Switch hitter batted .308 from the right side, with two home runs and eight RBI, and batted .283 from the left, with three homers and 17 RBI...Made season debut with Texas on July 17 at Houston; appeared in six games for the Rangers before trade to Miami on July 31...Appeared in one game with Triple-A New Orleans before being recalled to Miami on August 3 and making Marlins' debut that night vs. the Mets...Appeared in 17 games with the Marlins, going 4x27 (.148)... Batted .333 (2x6) as RHH and .125 (4x32) as LHH overall on the season... Optioned back to NOLA on Aug. 20 and recalled again on September 7...In 13 games with NOLA overall, hit .333 (16x48).

Had contract purchased from Round Rock (AAA) on 8/25 and spent the rest of the year with Texas in his first major league action...had 18 starts, 17 at catcher and one as designated hitter...had hits in 13 of 18 games, one BB in 71 plate appearances...switch-hitter batted .259 (15-58) vs. RH pitchers, .200 (2-10) vs. lefties...hit .333 (7-21) with runners in scoring position and was 2-for-3 with bases loaded...all 8 RBI came on the road...started Rangers' 2-0 win 8/25 at SEA, a combined shutout for Miles Mikolas and Neftali Feliz...became first player to catch a shutout in his ML debut since Pittsburgh's Jason Kendall on Opening Day, 4/1/96 at FLA...also recorded first ML hit in that game with an infield single in the 7th inning off Brandon Maurer...had career-high 3 RBI in 2nd career start 8/27 at SEA, a 3-run double off Erasmo Ramirez...threw out 1 of 17 runners attempting to steal and posted .991 (1 E/112 TC) fielding pct…after season, played 25 games for Magallanes in Venezuelan Winter League.

(6 E/682 TC)...threw out 37 of 115 (32.2%) would-be basestealers, 3rd-highest percentage in TL...batted .315 (29-92) with RISP...had 12-game hit streak, 4/29-5/18...hit all 4 HR in June, all while batting left-handed...was a mid-season TL All-Star, going 1-for-2 as PH/C in 6/25 game at NW Arkansas.

2012

Spent full season with Myrtle Beach (High-A)...had 79 games at catcher, 37 as DH...threw out 37 of 102 (36.3%) would-be base stealers, 3rd-best percentage in the Carolina League...batted .283 (46-162) with 3 HR and 18 RBI over first 42 games and .226 (65-288) with one HR and 25 RBI over final 75 games...hit 2 HR in season-opener 4/6 vs. Wilmington...season-high 4 hits, 8/10 at Frederick.

2011

Spent entire campaign with Hickory (A)...selected to the South Atlantic League All-Star Game, going 0-for-1 for North on 6/21 at Delmarva...split time between catcher and DH, starting at catcher for the first time since 2009...threw out 27 of 120 (22.5%) attempted base stealers...batted .362 (47-130) with RISP and .329 (27-82) with RISP/2 outs...collected season highs in both hits (4) and RBI (5) on 6/3 at Delmarva.

2010

Spent the entire season with the AZL Rangers...tied for the team lead in RBI...was relegated to a full-time designated hitter role, after pre-season elbow surgery...hit .375 (21-56) with RISP...batted .414 (29-70) over last 19 games...season-high 5 hits on 8/2 vs. AZL Royals.

2009

Split the campaign between AZL Rangers and Spokane...combined to bat .330 (67-203) with 4 HR and 30 RBI in 53 games...tabbed as the 16th-best prospect in the Arizona League by Baseball America...threw out 13-of-67 (19.4 %) would-be base stealers...promoted to Spokane on 8/30...homered in 2 of last 3 G with Spokane, matching HR production through first 50 G of season.
