LOS ANGELES ¨C The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled right-handed pitcher Bobby Miller and optioned right-handed pitcher Landon Knack to Triple-A.
Miller, 26, joins the Dodgers for the first time this season. He made three appearances for Triple-A Oklahoma City, allowing three runs in 12.0 innings. He tallied 11 strikeouts and held hitters to a .146 batting average against in the Pacific Coast League. He has made 35 starts for the Dodgers in his career, posting a 13-8 record with a 5.24 ERA in 180.1 innings. In 2023, he recorded 11 wins and struck out 119 batters in 124.1 innings. He was drafted in the first round of the 2020 First Year Player Draft out of the University of Louisville.
Knack, 27, made the start last night, allowing two runs in 4.1 innings. He has pitched in three games this season, posting a 1-0 record with a 7.27 ERA. He made his Major League debut last season, tossing 69 innings and allowing 28 runs on 58 hits. He posted a 3-5 mark with a 3.65 ERA and 69 strikeouts. He was drafted by the Dodgers in 2020 out of East Tennessee State University.
