Kids can play like a big leaguer at T-Mobile Park
Mariners Training Centers to host co-ed Baseball Camp for kids at T-Mobile Park; Net Proceeds will benefit Mariners Care Foundation access programs
SEATTLE, Wash. ¨C The Seattle Mariners announced today a new opportunity for young ballplayers to take the field at T-Mobile Park. On Tuesday, June 25, the club will partner with Mariners Training Centers to host a co-ed Baseball Camp at T-Mobile Park for kids 7 to 17 years old.
Young players will have a chance to take the field like a Big Leaguer during the T-Mobile Park Camp on Tuesday, June 25. This co-ed baseball camp includes four hours of drills led by the experienced, professional instructors of the Mariners Training Center, Quickball games and much more.
Instructors will include former Major Leaguers Steven Baron (Seattle, St. Louis, Pittsburgh) and Royce Ring (New York-NL, San Diego, Atlanta, New York-AL) and former Mariners minor leaguers Forrest Snow and Dominic Woody, among others.
All participants will receive a camp T-shirt, a Main Level ticket to an upcoming Mariners game, an official camp photo taken in front of the Mariners dugout, and a special item from the Mariners.
Net proceeds from the camp will benefit the Mariners Care FoundationĄ¯s work to ensure access for all kids to baseball and softball in the Northwest. Scholarships are available.
