Twins announce leadership transition
Thad Levine is embarking on new opportunities
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN 每 After eight seasons of significant contributions and leadership, Thad Levine will depart the Minnesota Twins organization to pursue new challenges and opportunities, both inside and outside of baseball, the club announced today.
Levine, who joined the Twins in November of 2016 as the club*s Senior Vice President and General Manager, has played a pivotal role in helping drive the evolution and success of the organization over the past eight years. During his tenure, the Twins have not only improved on the field 每 capturing three division titles and earning four Postseason berths 每 but have also seen tremendous growth across the organization*s baseball operations.
※Thad*s impact on the Minnesota Twins cannot be overstated,§ said Twins President, Baseball Operations Derek Falvey. ※He has been a true partner and leader, always striving to elevate the organization and care for the people around him.
