San Francisco Giants Announce Giants & KNBR FanFest Tour 2024
To expand the organization*s footprint and better connect with the team*s diverse fanbase,
the Giants unveil a reimagined FanFest in anticipation of the 2024 season.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA 每 The San Francisco Giants today announce the Giants & KNBR FanFest Tour 2024 每 a new, reimagined experience for Giants fans that transforms the traditional one-day San Francisco-based event into an expanded series across Northern California. Leading off in the new year, the Giants & KNBR FanFest Tour will include four events with current Giants players, coaches, alumni, VIP guests and Lou Seal and a Spring Training-inspired Open House at Oracle Park with Giants alumni. Admission will be free.
The Giants & KNBR FanFest Tour 2024 timeline is as follows:
Sacramento: Saturday, January 20 (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- Featuring Logan Webb with teammates and coaches
- Sutter Health Park - Home of the Sacramento River Cats
San Jose: Saturday, January 27 (4 - 7 p.m.)
- Featuring Kyle Harrison and Pat Burrell with teammates and coaches
- San Pedro Square Market
Napa: Saturday, February 3 (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- Featuring Michael Conforto and Matt Williams with teammates and coaches
- Napa Yard, Oxbow Gardens
Oracle Park: Saturday, March 9 (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
- Featuring Giants alumni, broadcasters and Lou Seal
The Giants & KNBR FanFest Tour 2024 will expand beyond San Francisco, providing more opportunities for both Giants fans and players to interact before the team reports to Scottsdale for Spring Training. Giants players and coaches will caravan and meet fans in their local communities to sign autographs, participate in Q&A sessions, distribute merchandise and more. Giants tickets for the 2024 baseball season will be available for purchase at each tour stop - along with special offers for those in attendance.
The Giants will also host an Open House at Oracle Park, providing fans with access to often restricted ballpark locations - including the field, clubhouse, broadcast booth and dugout. Meet-and-greets and autograph opportunities with Giants alumni, broadcasters and Lou Seal will also be available. The Giants Spring Training game in Scottsdale will be broadcasted on the scoreboard during the event. In addition to the traditional elements of FanFest, the Giants will also unveil new technology to enhance the fan experience. The integration of a hologram booth will allow current players to ※pop-in§ from Scottsdale and interact with fans at Oracle Park. The ※Swing Match Experience§ will provide attendees the opportunity to see which current Giants player they bat most like, based on technique.
