RBI Summer Edition Inclusion Coach: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity leader creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for campers with diverse needs, including newcomers and those with accessibility requirements. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and has meaningful experience working with youth who are living with a disability, including but not limited challenges related to hearing, vision, learning, mental health and emotional regulation. RBI Summer Edition Activity Leader: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity instructor for youth aged 6-13, leading engaging programming for groups of 20 campers at a time. The ideal candidate has at least completed high school by the start of the program and has great experience working with kids in a camp or after-school setting and has a passion for being active and outdoors. We are looking for experienced facilitators to work at one of our 13 Toronto program sites in the following areas: Creativity and Curiosity (e.g., arts and crafts, science experiments); Teams and Dreams (team-building games and challenges, leadership programming); Movement and Improvement (sport and play-based group games).
