Bag Policy
Backpacks (including clear backpacks) are NOT permitted inside Oracle Park. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Otherwise, this policy is strictly enforced and exceptions will not be made. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted: paper and plastic grocery bags, purses, fanny packs, lunch bags, briefcases, diaper bags, soft-sided coolers, and handbags. Hard-sided coolers are not permitted. Bags do not need to be clear.
On-site bag storage is available for rent. Located at the Marina Gate (behind center field), it is open from when gates open until one hour after the game/event ends. Learn more.
All bags are subject to inspection. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time to enter the ballpark.
Captioning
The Giants provide open captioning for all ballpark public address content on the dedicated captioning board located immediately below the DiamondVision display in left-centerfield. Captioning is also available via the MLB Ballpark app for download on guests' personal devices. This app is available on most mobile devices and provides real-time text communication of nearly all public address audio communications in Oracle Park during Giants games.
Concerts
For events sold through Ticketmaster, the Giants/Oracle Park do not sell or service tickets. Contact Ticketmaster or the show promoter directly for further assistance. Same-day ADA relocations and assistance will be available at Ticket Services inside the ballpark, located behind home plate on the Promenade Level near section 119.

Elevators / Escalators / Ramps
Elevators are available at Willie Mays Plaza and 2nd & King (below the clock towers) and provide access to all levels of the ballpark. The elevators at Lefty O'Doul and Seals Plaza provide access to the Promenade Level only.
At Willie Mays Plaza, there are three escalators, which move guests up to all levels of the ballpark before and during the game and change direction after the sixth inning to bring guests down after the game.
Ramps that provide access to all levels of the ballpark are located at the Willie Mays and 2nd & King Street gates.

There are four main entrances at Oracle Park, all of which offer either an elevator or ramp.
Willie Mays Gate (Third & King streets)

All restrooms in Oracle Park are fully accessible for guests with disabilities. Family restrooms are available in the following locations:

First Aid
The First Aid Station, located on the Promenade Level behind Section 132, is open during all baseball games to provide evaluation and treatment to guests for minor medical needs. Physicians, nurses, and emergency medical personnel are based in the First Aid Station. Ambulance service is also available for medical emergencies.
Nursing Room/Pod, presented by UCSF Health
Nursing Room
The Nursing Room, presented by UCSF Health is open to all mothers, no matter their seat location, and is located behind home plate on the Alaska Airlines Club Level (3rd level). Check in at the Guest Services desk adjacent to the elevator lobby. Non Alaska Airlines Club Level ticket holders may access the room via the Willie Mays elevator or adjoining stairwell.
Nursing Pod
The Nursing Pod, presented by UCSF Health is open to all mothers and is located below the centerfield bleachers, adjacent to the Edible Garden. The pod is wheelchair accessible and includes seating, a mirror and an outlet. Access is granted via the free Mamava app.
Sensory Inclusive Programs
Oracle Park is KultureCity? Certified, allowing countless families and individuals to experience and enjoy Giants games and other live events at Oracle Park with greater comfort and ease. The Sensory Inclusive? program provides training and resources to staff, enabling them to better accommodate individuals with sensory sensitivities. Sensory bags, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads are available at the Guest Services Desk on the Promenade Level - free of charge. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at Oracle Park. Service animals are dogs and, in some cases, miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and other animals that are not Service Animals are also permitted at Oracle Park if they do not pose a safety or security risk or cause disruption to other guests. All animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work. Guests who need to "relieve" their animal will be allowed to exit and re-enter the ballpark, subject to re-screening by security. Please have your hand stamped prior to exiting.
Tickets / Seating
Accessible seating for guests with disabilities or special needs is available on all seating levels of Oracle Park. Movable armrests are also available on seats located on the aisle in a variety of locations. Ticket Windows
Windows 1-3 at the main Oracle Park box office (on King Street, adjacent to Willie Mays Plaza) are accessible. Open on gamedays only, the Box Office is open two and a half hours prior to the scheduled game time through the end of the fifth inning.
Transportation / Parking
Whether you¡¯re planning to take public transportation or drive to Oracle Park, accessible options are available to make your journey as seamless as possible.
Accessible Parking
- All fans, including those with ADA placards, must have a SpotHero reservation to park in Giants-controlled parking facilities. Fans with valid ADA placards and a parking reservation are provided priority parking spaces in Giants-controlled parking facilities on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessibility Shuttle
- The Oracle Park Accessibility Shuttle provides a free ride for those who need it between Lot A/Pier 48 and Oracle Park. The shuttle serves six stops within Lot A/Pier 48 and a ballpark stop at O¡¯Doul Gate.
- Service begins three hours before game time and ends 45 minutes after the last out. The shuttles circulate throughout the game.
Loading Zones
- There is a guest drop-off zone on Third Street between the O'Doul Gate and the Giants Dugout Store. Please note that the Accessibility Shuttle also uses this area to load/unload.
Rideshare/Taxi
- To catch a rideshare service after a game, find the passenger loading zone closest to the gate from which you¡¯re exiting using the map below.
- Catching a ride after a game may take some time, depending on the size of the crowd.
- To learn more about accessible ride programs with Uber and Lyft, click the buttons below.
- There are four taxi zones around Oracle Park, shown on the map below. Taxis typically queue up in some or all of these locations toward the end of games, so simply proceed to the most convenient zone to catch a ride.

Public Transportation
- Public transit is the best way to get to Oracle Park from throughout the Bay Area, with trains, buses and ferries that are all accessible.

Water Fountains and Refill Stations
Water fountains are available on all concourses, next to the restrooms on the first and third base side. Water refill stations are located on the Promenade Level behind home plate near section 119 and section 105.
Wheelchair Escorts
A limited number of ushers and wheelchairs are available to transport guests from inside the entry gates to and from their seat locations. Please note, due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, this complimentary service may have increased wait times during day games and games with higher attendance levels. This service is available by alerting ballpark staff at the gates or an usher in the seating bowl and is intended only for arrivals and departures. Wheelchair service may not be used to bring guests from seats to concessions, retail locations, restrooms, or anywhere else in the ballpark other than a designated exit gate. The Giants do not lend or rent wheelchairs or other mobility devices. If a wheelchair is needed during games, we recommend supplying your own wheelchair. Reservations are not accepted. Please notify the nearest aisle attendance 15 minutes prior to departure to confirm a wheelchair is nearby and available for use.
Wheelchair Storage
Wheelchairs can be stored free of charge at the Guest Services Desk, located behind home plate on the Promenade Level. Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may also check in with the nearest aisle attendant for storage options closer to your section.
