What is the difference between the Season Ballpark Pass and the Monthly Ballpark Pass?

• Season Ballpark Pass: A value of $199 for a Standing Room Only ticket to every regular-season home game (except Opening Day and the Yankees series). Payments are charged in monthly installments of $33.16 through September.
• Monthly Ballpark Pass: A flexible option available for purchase on a month-to-month basis. Pricing is $29.99 for April and May, and $39.99 per month from June through September. This pass auto-renews unless you opt out.

Which games are included with my Ballpark Pass?

Both passes include a Standing Room Only ticket to all eligible regular-season home games. Opening Day (April 4) and the Yankees series (May 23-25) are excluded.

Does my pass automatically renew each month?

• Season Ballpark Pass: Charges occur monthly but cannot be canceled once purchased. If you do miss a payment and fail to update your payment method on file your Pass will be canceled, and you will not be eligible to re-purchase this offer.
• Monthly Ballpark Pass: Auto-renews unless you opt out by the 25th of the prior month.

How do I opt out of next month if I don¡¯t want to continue my Ballpark Pass (monthly pass only)?

Log into your Ballpark Pass account, go to Manage Subscription and opt out by the 25th of the prior month.

Am I guaranteed a ticket to every game?

Yes, your Ballpark Pass provides a Standing Room Only ticket to every eligible game.

Where can I go with a Standing Room Ticket?

Access includes the Rooftop and, for some games, open seating in Sections U310-U314.

Is there any loaded concession value on a Ballpark Pass ticket?

No, tickets do NOT include concession value.

How do I claim my tickets? When does the check-in open before each game?

You must opt in for each game. A text is sent at 9:00 AM on the first day of a homestand, allowing you to check into all available games. You will need to log in to your Ballpark Pass account to check in for each game. If you opt in, you¡¯ll receive a text with your ticket link three hours before first pitch.

Can I purchase multiple Ballpark Passes?

Yes, up to four passes per account. You can also buy up to four guest passes per game during the opt-in window (if available). Violators will be removed from the program.

Can I bring a guest with my Ballpark Pass?

Yes, you can purchase up to four guest passes per game based on availability (starting at $10 per pass). Guest passes cannot be forwarded, and all guests must enter together.

Can I upgrade my seat?

Seat upgrades may be available when you opt in for a homestand. If you upgrade, the change applies to all pass seats in your account.

What if I lose the text message with my pass?

Log in to Rockies Account Manager to access your tickets.

What happens if I don¡¯t check-in for a game?

There are no penalties, but you will not receive a ticket unless you opt in. If you miss the opt-in window, you may activate your pass up to one hour after first pitch, subject to availability. Guest passes and upgrades will not be available after the opt-in window closes.

How do I access my tickets for entry to Coors Field?

To access your ticket/barcodes:

1. Log in to the MLB Ballpark app
2. Select the Tickets tab
3. Choose the game
4. Tap each ticket to view the individual barcode (3 hours prior to game time)

How do payments work?

• Season Pass: A $199* purchase, paid in monthly installments through September. Charges occur on the 26th of each month.
• Monthly Pass: Charges occur on the 26th of each month at $29.99 (April & May) or $39.99 (June-September). If a payment is declined and not updated by the due date, the pass will be canceled.

Can I opt out of my Ballpark Pass?

• Season Pass: No opt-out option.
• Monthly Pass: You can cancel your subscription in your account or cancel via email to rockiestix@rockies.com. A text reminder will be sent on the 15th of each month.

When is the deadline to purchase a Monthly Ballpark Pass?

• April: $29.99 (14 games, excludes 4/4) ¨C Purchase by 4/13
• May: $29.99 (10 games, excludes 5/23-25) ¨C Purchase by 5/4
• June: $39.99 (12 games) ¨C Purchase by 6/8
• July: $39.99 (12 games) ¨C Purchase by 7/1
• August: $39.99 (14 games) ¨C Purchase by 8/10

If purchased, the pass auto-renews unless you opt out.

Can I sell, transfer, or get a refund for my Ballpark Pass?

No, Ballpark Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold. Violators will be removed from the program.

Am I eligible for promotional giveaways?
Yes, Ballpark Pass holders can receive gate giveaways (while supplies last). Special Ticket Package items require an additional ticket purchase.

What other benefits are included?
The Ballpark Pass does not provide membership benefits.

Does the Ballpark Pass include postseason games or other events?
No, the pass is valid for regular-season home games only.

Can I purchase the pass if I don¡¯t have a smartphone?
No, the Ballpark Pass is mobile-only. No printed tickets will be issued.
