The Dodgers are excited to offer the Summer Slugger program for young fans. Summer Slugger is an engaging, online learning experience that uses the game of baseball to prepare students ages 8 to 11 to enter the next school year on track.
LADF¡¯s Science of Baseball curriculum translates students¡¯ love of baseball into an appreciation, understanding and passion of the core science and mathematics standards woven throughout the sport. The Science of Baseball curriculum was developed through a grant from the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation to Science of Sport. Current curriculum is designed for 3rd-8th grade and lessons are available online.
