Sebastian is now in his seventh season at the Dodgers and 11th season in the sports industry, serving as an instrumental leader for the Dodgers ticket sales business. Sebastian has driven innovation, sales strategy, and sales culture to make an indelible impact on the Dodgers ticketing business. His passionate development of both sales programs and the ticket sales staff has driven the Dodgers ticket sales department to new heights. Sebastian¡¯s initial focus at the Dodgers was to evolve the Group Sales Program which now includes youth programs, fan experience programs, expanded hospitality offerings, and industry leading ticket pack initiatives.
During the 2021 season, Sebastian¡¯s role expanded to incorporate Inside Sales and the New Business team. The training and education program developed for inside sales has impacted both revenue and employee growth for the various ticket sales and service departments. The innovative tech, campaign, and event-based sales strategies implemented for new membership sales have solidified a new industry standard. More recently, he led the organization¡¯s launch of travel ticket tourism that provided a foundation for this growing revenue stream. Sebastian will continue to build on his achievements by discovering innovative methods to collaborate and expand revenue for the ticket sales department.
Prior to joining the Dodgers, Sebastian began his career in Pharmaceutical Sales for Abbott Nutrition crafting his passion for sales and staff development. Sebastian¡¯s introduction to the sports industry was with LAFC where he helped launch the LAFC ticket sales program initially as a sales representative and then as the Manager of Ticket Sales.
