Hit .281 (108-for-384) with 18 doubles, 8 triples, 1HR, 35RBI and 39SB in 99 combined games with Double-A Trenton and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre... led all Yankees minor leaguers in stolen bases and tied for the Thunder team-lead with five triples...Began the year at Trenton, batting .300 (61-for-203) with 18SB in 54 games... missed a month of action on the disabled list from 5/5-6/8 with a fractured right hand after being hit by an errant pitch on 5/4 at New Britain...Was promoted to Scranton/WB on 7/13 where he hit .260 (47-for-181) and successfully stole a base in 21-of-24 attempts... hit his first professional home run on 8/21 vs. Rochester, leading off the game in a 3-1 loss...Following the season, played with the Peoria Javelinas, hitting safely in 24-of-26 contests and leading the Arizona Fall League in stolen bases (16) and runs scored (27) while ranking second in hits (37), tying for third in walks (17), and placing fourth in on-base percentage (.433) and fifth in batting average (.343)... was named to the 2007 Arizona Fall League Top Prospects Team...Entered the season ranked as the Yankees' 10th-best prospect by Baseball America.
